We love going on field trips at momstown Edmonton! We've gone to discover many different places, but both mamas and kids alike are always most excited to head out to Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm in Bon Accord. It's always such a good time, and the kids always leave tired and happy. This past visit was no different. The kids got to play in a hay bale maze, see a puppet show, watch a scarecrow music show, taste a flower, go on a train ride, and do some planting! The kids loved the scarecrow music show as well as the train ride! And the puppet show had some great music that the kids loved clapping along to. After doing the planting, we headed to the best part of the whole trip--the petting zoo! From goats to sheep, chickens to baby bunnies, the animals were a big hit with both the mamas and the kids! We were also encouraged to pick some dandelions to feed the animals which was really fun. We all had some lunch and played a little more on the playground amidst the chickens. My son's still talking about the chicken that stole a piece of cheese out of his bowl! Everyone had a lot of fun at Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm. We can't wait to go back!
